Kangana firm looks!

Lately during Fashion’s success party, all were surprised when Kangana Ranaut entered. Woh Lamhe and Gangster starrer Kangana undoubtedly looked fuller and firmer. When she was shooting for Raaz 2 movie that belongs to Vishesh Films, Kangana had severe orders from the producer to shed 3 kg. But after the completion of the film she realized that she needed to look wavy and fleshy fast.
Kangana, without wasting contacted the city's well known fitness guru’s gym in Bandra. There she started working out regularly for one hour. She also took on a special diet which involved weight-increasing nutrients. And the outcome of this treatment is here for all to see.
Kangana started her career when she was hardly 18 and today, she is 21. She is not on a weight-gaining bender, but has put on weight at the right places. She is extremely focused and has left no stone unturned to achieve this.
Kangana is doing weight-lifting also to add muscle mass to her body. Her dietician has advised Kangana to have eggs and milk every day. Her regular diet also involves eating many bananas.
When contacted in Manali where she is spending some time with her parents before she starts her second schedule of Rakesh Roshan's Kites, Kangana confirmed this and said, “Yes, I am getting into shape. I have not gained weight but I am only adding muscle mass to my body. I am drinking at least two glasses of milk everyday and consuming eggs. My diet comprises of lots of proteins and juices. And yes, I do a lot of weight lifting these days.”
Kangana also said that the best thing about a woman is her curves. Gone are the days when she was tomboyish. People from the fashion world are telling her that they find her body much better now. Her hair and skin are also looking better. She feels a lot more feminine now and is enjoying this phase. Kangana further said that she doesn’t believe in going under the knife. Many girls talk to Kangana about this and she always gives them the same advice. She believes in being natural.
