Katrina Kaif welcomes the year 2009

It seems Katrina Kaif has added however an additional plume to her cap by making over Bipasha and Mallika after featuring in some of the biggest hits, Mallika earned Rs.50 lakh to welcome the year 2007 and Bipasha asked for an astounding amount of Rs.90 lakh to welcome the year 2008 while performing at J W Marriott, Juhu. But now Katrina will make a gigantic amount of Rs.1 crore for this New Year's Eve show.
It is known that Rocky S is designing a sexy outfit for Katrina and Bosco-Caesar isl choreographing the show. Katrina will dance on some popular racy numbers. Katrina is in New York currently where she is shooting for Kabir Khan's film, New York. But she refused to confirm the amount and said that she is performing at the Marriott on December 31st. They have finalized the deal.
Latest movie of Katrina that will hit the theaters soon is Yuvvraaj movie of Subhash Ghai. Yuvvraaj movie features Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan with Katrina Kaif.

Akshay Lara Chemistry going all round

It seems that Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta are bonding a lot nowadays! Though their friendship starts from their Andaaz movie or may be before that, but of late a great friendship is built between the two. While working for their earlier movies Akshay and Lara interacted on a professional level and used to be pleasant to each other. That was when Lara was committed to Kelly Dorji. But later Lara and Akshay and Lara got along very well with each other while shooting for Bhaagam Bhaag movie. At that time Lara even admitted that she likes Akshay’s sense of humor.
So now there are rumors in the industry that Akshay Kumar is strongly promoting Lara. In addition to Blue Akshay also made Lara to dub an animated film called Jumbo of Perfect Pictures Company. Lara has dubbed for the film and has not charged a single penny!! She feels that Akshay is very helpful to her and hopes that both of them will do some more films together.

Ajay Devgan- Golmaal Returns

Currently Ajay Devgan is in London, shooting for Vipul Shah’s London Dreams. But still it is known that Ajay is taking time from his shooting schedule to meet the London press and promote Golmaal Returns.
It is known that there was a time when Ajay Devgan felt shy to face the media and hence avoided that. But now it is known that he is now going hammer and tongs promoting his films which are scheduled to release soon.
Ajay Devgan is known to be a committed husband and father. But he is also a committed actor and nowadays he is every producer’s eye candy!!!

Himesh visits Dargah for Karzzzz

On Wednesday afternoon Himesh Reshammiya visited the Hajrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti dargah. This dargah is also known as Ajmer Sharif and Himesh is a strong believer of this dargah. Karzzzz of Himesh is scheduled to release today and hence he went there to pray for the same. He confirmed that he is feeling very blessed as he has already received calls from distributors and the producer about the advance booking that Karzzzz has acquired.
He was also happy to know that in some places because of the popular demand for the movie some theaters have scheduled an extra show of 7 am. It seems it is the blessing of the dargah that he is receiving so much attention and love from the people.
If we remember last time before the release of Himesh’s Aap Ka Suroor he had been to the dargah too. But at that time he caught himself in the trouble as he went there wearing a burqa. But this time he made it sure that he doesn’t create such chaos again. He already spoke to the authorities also well in advance!!!
Let’s wish him ‘all the best’ for his Karzzzz which is releasing today. Hope he doesn’t face the same that Abhishek had to face for Drona. After lots of promotion if the movie doesn’t works then it pains 

Time for Heroes and Yuvvraaj now…

Though they left no stones unturned in promotion and publicity of Drona movie still it did not work that much. It is known that content wise the movie is not at all competitive. Special effects given to the movie are awesome, but still it didn’t work.
Majority of the public gave bad reviews for Drona movie.
Same was the case of Kidnap movie. Kidnap movie too didn’t work well. On the other hand Welcome to Sajjanpur movie was appreciated more by the public. Though the movie was not much promoted, still it got more positive reviews.
Now it is time for Heroes’ movie that is releasing on 24th October. Stars that are featuring in this movie are Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, Dino Morea, Mithun Chakraborty, Preity Zinta, Riya Sen etc. This movie is directed by Samir Karnik and has a patriotic touch.
After that, its time for Subhash Ghai to showcase his movie. The movie named Yuvvraaj is directed and produced by Subhash Ghai. Let’s see what new is there in Subhash Ghai’s pocket!!!

Kumar Sahil speaks on ‘Kaashh..... Mere Hote'

Kaashh…Mere Hote movie is scheduled to release soon on big screens. On 6th October Kumar Sahil of Kaashh…Mere Hote spoke for the movie. Also Sneha Ullal of Kaashh…Mere Hote spoke for the movie on the same day. Sanjeev Darshan and Shravan Kumar were also present for the event. Watch this whole video online.
